We use your information to: provide and deliver our services, communicate with you about your project, send booking confirmations and reminders, process payments through our payment provider (Paystack), and improve our website and services.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers. Paystack's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only with service providers necessary to deliver our services (e.g. payment processors, hosting providers).
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

By using the BookedByKB website or purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms.
Services Offered
BookedByKB provides digital booking systems, website design, Google Business Profile setup, WhatsApp Business setup, social media bio optimization, and ongoing monthly support for local service-based businesses. Specific deliverables are outlined in each service package on our pricing page.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of all applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Payment is required before work begins. Payments are processed securely via Paystack. Once-off packages are paid in full upfront. Monthly retainer services are billed monthly.
Delivery
We aim to deliver once-off setup packages within 48 hours of receiving all required information from the client. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the responsiveness of the client.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If we have not yet begun work on your project, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment. Once work has commenced, refunds are not guaranteed but we will work to resolve any concerns. If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services, you are entitled to a full refund.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access to any accounts or platforms required to complete the work (e.g. Google account, social media logins). Delays caused by the client do not extend refund eligibility.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the website and digital assets created for them. BookedByKB retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
BookedByKB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
